Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Amendment #2 for the Armored Courier Services with Garda CL Southwest, Inc., with the contract term commencing on January 12, 2025 and extending the lead time and expiration of the contract to January 11, 2026, and authorizing the execution of the amendment.

Williamson County desires to contract with an Armored Courier Service company for the transport of cash, checks and general mail, for delivery from the County Treasurer's Office and Tax Office to a designated bank. RFP #25RFP1 Armored Courier Service was issued, but no submissions were received. A No Award notice was approved by Commissioners Court on 01.14.2025.  A quote for one year of service was obtained per policy, by Garda CL Southwest, Inc., resulting in Amendment #2, extending services for an additional term of one (1) year until January 11, 2026.  The contract and rate sheet is attached.  Funding source is 01.0100.0497.004300 per FY25 budget.
