Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #25IFB19, Animal Shelter Pharmaceuticals and Clinic Supplies, on a per-item basis, to North American Rescue Medical Depot LLC, one of four responsive bidders, as per attached documentation, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Award of this solicitation will support the operations of the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter.  Invitations were sent to six hundred (600) vendors; thirty-one (31) vendors viewed the bid, with five (5) submitting responses.  

Upon evaluation, North American Rescue Medical Depot LLC was the lowest and best bidder on select items as highlighted on the 25IFB19 Bid Tabulation attachment. The contract term is twelve (12) months, with two (2) one-year optional renewals.  Funding sources are 01.0545.0545.003200 and 01.0545.0545.004975 as per the FY25 budget.  Origination #1806.
