Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement, #2025181, between Williamson County and Texas AirSystems, LLC. For HVAC Equipment Services in the not-to-exceed amount of $500,000.00 pursuant to TIPS Cooperative Contract #25010501 and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement for HVAC Services between Williamson County and Texas AirSystems, LLC is issued to be able to utilize the vendor for services on an as-needed basis. This vendor specializes in AAon equipment and specialized HVAC equipment services. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through March 31, 2028. Each project will be initiated with a work order and purchase order. The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004510, Origination #2338 and the point of contact is Shantil Moore.
