Receive and acknowledge approval of Change Order No. 1 from Cotton Commercial USA, Inc. dba Target Solutions for the Georgetown Annex Roof Walkway Mats Project to extend time only, which was approved by Williamson County Architect, Trenton Jacobs, pursuant to the Commissioners Court’s prior delegation of change order approval authority pursuant to Loc. Gov’t Code Sec. 262.031.
Background
This change is for a time-only extension for the Georgetown Annex Roof Walkway Mats Project. Williamson County Architect, Trenton Jacobs, was delegated change order approval authority for this project on March 10th, 2022 by the Commissioners Court pursuant to Williamson County Facilities pursuant to Loc. Gov’t Code Sec. 262.031. This item is to acknowledge such approval and record the same into the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
