Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on rejecting proposals submitted on RFCSP #25RFCSP17 for the ESOC - CRAC Unit Project and request that information related to the competition be excepted pursuant to Texas Government Code 552.104 and authorize the Purchasing Agent to re-solicit the project after construction documents are updated to include the missing components of scope.

It is the recommendation of the evaluation committee that Williamson County reject all submissions for RFCSP #25RFCSP17 for the ESOC - CRAC Unit Project to allow for revisions to update construction documents to include missing components of scope. When the time comes, we will ask for authorization to advertise for re-soliciting. An exemption is requested pursuant to Government Code Sec. 552.104. EXCEPTION: INFORMATION RELATED TO COMPETITION OR BIDDING.
