Receive and acknowledge approval of Change Order No. 1 from Mayans Concrete LLC for the ESOC Sidewalk Replacement and Trash Pad Extension Project to extend time only, due to weather conditions, which was approved by Williamson County Architect, Trenton Jacobs, pursuant to the Commissioners Court’s prior delegation of change order approval authority pursuant to Loc. Gov’t Code Sec. 262.031.
Background
This change is for a time-only extension (extend by 30 days, new completion date will be June 10th, 2025) for the ESOC Sidewalk Replacement and Trash Pad Extension Project. Williamson County Architect, Trenton Jacobs, was delegated change order approval authority for this project on March 10th, 2022 by the Commissioners Court pursuant to Williamson County Facilities pursuant to Loc. Gov’t Code Sec. 262.031. This item is to acknowledge such approval and record the same into the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
