Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the submission of a formal protest/request for a contested case hearing and written comments, information and recommendations by legal counsel for Williamson County to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality relating to a petition for the creation of Rivina MUD of Williamson County in the event the parties are unable to fully negotiate and consummate a Consent and Development Agreement prior to the close of the Comment Period.
