Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Tesoro Section 3 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the final section of the Tesoro development. It consists of 14 residential lots and 1,168 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $472,239.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
