Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ53 to Lentz Engineering, LLC for the Cedar Park Annex ADA Parking Upgrades, in the amount of Forty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($49,700.00) and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
Lentz Engineering, LLC is recommended for award through RFSQ #24RFSQ53, which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis, on 06.18.24 agenda item no.16. Lentz Engineering, LLC, is recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 24RFSQ53 pool Lentz Engineering, LLC received the highest score for this project. This Agreement for Design Services between Williamson County and Lentz Engineering, LLC is for the Williamson County Cedar Park Annex ADA Parking Upgrades, in relation to possible Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility and site safety issue (located at 350 Discovery Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613).
