Background
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement for Design and Engineering Services between Williamson County and NV5 Consultants, Inc. is made to amend the language relating to Article 3 - "Time for Performance of Additional Services." Time increased to July 30th, 2025, with no increase to price.
