Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve a resolution authorizing the County Judge to execute certificates expressing official intent to reimburse costs of Parkhill, Smith, & Cooper, Inc. for P635 Williamson County Exposition Center-West Arena New and West Arena Expo Fans from 2023 Park Bond proceeds.

A reimbursement resolution will be made on all expenditures for Parkhill, Smith, & Cooper, Inc. regarding P635 Williamson County Exposition Center - West Arena New and West Arena Expo Fans for the 2023 Park Bond program until the bond issuance in May or June 2025. Once the bonds are issued, the expenditures that were incurred and paid out of the general funds will be reimbursed.  These are additions to the expenses in 2023 Park Bonds Reimbursement Resolution #9, approved in Commissioner's Court on 4/29/25, item #76.
