Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Lease Amendment and Extension Agreement of a Commercial Lease Agreement between Williamson County, as Lessor, and Bindya Reddy Dental Services, PLLC, as Lessee, relating to a commercial condominium unit located at 321 Ed Schmidt Blvd, Unit 300, Hutto, TX 78634.

A Commercial Lease Agreement dated effective April 23, 2024, was executed between Williamson County, as Lessor, and Bindya Reddy Dental Services, PLLC, as Lessee, wherein the County agreed to lease a commercial condominium unit located at 321 Ed Schmidt Blvd, Unit 300, Hutto, TX 78634.  The original term of the lease was for twelve months.  The Lessee is in the process of building a new office to relocate its business and such construction is not complete.  The Lessee has requested a three-month extension to allow for its construction to be completed and has agreed to pay all utilities and insurance that are due for the original term of the lease, as well as the ad valorem taxes that will be incurred during the three-month extension term.
