Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve a First Addendum to that certain Agreement for Towing and Impound Service (RFP#22RFP80), which was originally executed effective on June 2, 2022, between CFKAA Holdings, LLC (Autura) and Williamson County, Texas and ratify the County Judge’s execution of said Addendum #1.

The county will not pay any fees with this contract as services will be paid directly to CFKAA (Autural) by the tow providers.  Tow providers will retain $3.50 of the dispatch administration fee.  Tow providers dispatched by Autura to complete a tow on behalf of Williamson County shall charge the customer an Administration Fee in the amount of Twenty-Eight and 50/100 Dollars ($28.50), in addition to Contractor’s additional towing fee.

This First Addendum will extend the Agreement for Towing and Impound Service for one year beginning on June 1, 2025.  Following this extension, the parties have the option to extend for a final one-year extension term. Funding Source: not applicable. Department Contact: Starla Hall.
