Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement #2025232, between Williamson County and Securitas Technology Corporation f/k/a Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $500,000.00, pursuant to Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #121024-SCS, and authorize execution of the agreement.

We currently have an MSA with Securitas Technology Corporation for Sourcewell Contract 030421-SCS as contract #202390 MSA expiring 4/22/26. However, Facilities Management was notified by Sourcewell that they did not offer the fifth-year renewal extension since Sourcewell re-solicited the category. Our MSA was written for the 5th year. Securitas did respond to the new solicitation and were once again awarded a contract. The new contract number with Sourcewell is #121024-SCS. The request is to draft a new MSA utilizing the new Sourcewell contract number with a four-year term with a possible one-year extension. No pricing sheet for this MSA. Scope of Work (SOW) with quoted amount to be verified with COOP vendor which will be supplied by PO request. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through February 18, 2029.  The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004510, Origination #2711 and the point of contact is Christi Stromberg.
