Deputy Bill Pascoe (PCN 0299) has over 40 years of experience in law enforcement and has proven to be an asset to Pct. 3 Constable’s Office. Advancing Deputy Pascoe to the L1-6 pay step allows him to be paid comparatively to his peers and experience. That advancement would be taken from PCN 0299, which is vacant and listed as an L1-8 pay step. This would allow the office to compensate Deputy Pascoe appropriately for his experience and value to the Pct. 3 Constable Office and still be able to hire competitively at a L1-5 pay step to fulfill the vacant PCN while not requiring any additional money to be added to the budget for salaries.
