Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement, #2025229 with Mayans Concrete, LLC and Williamson County for concrete repair and service work in the not-to-exceed amount of $19,500.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

This Master Service Agreement is for concrete repair and service work on an as-needed/requested basis throughout Williamson County facilities with Mayans Concrete, LLC. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through September 30, 2025. Each project will be initiated with a work order and purchase order.  The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004510, Origination ID #2705, and the department contact is Shantil Moore, Facilities Management.
