Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an Agreement between Williamson County and the YMCA of Central Texas for Funding of the Twin Lakes Park RCI Adventure Course and Parking Project to facilitate the development of the project at the Twin Lakes Park.
Background
The County and the YMCA desire to provide joint funding for the RCI Project partly with money obtained by the County through the issuance for park bonds authorized pursuant to the 2023 Parks Bonds election and partly from funds provided by the YMCA. This agreement sets out the parties’ funding and construction management obligations in relation to the project.
