Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on revisions to the Parks Department's Sports Courts and Field Use and Rental Procedures for the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park.
Background
The Sports Courts and Field Use and Rental Procedures were first formalized on April 26, 2022 and revised March 19, 2024. The attached revised version (June 17, 2025) has been edited to reflect new facilities, to clarify some of the existing procedures as well as enhance processes based on current usage and facility management.
