Background
Williamson County sent out Two Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Seven (2,287) notifications with Seventy-Five (75) document takers and Wilco received Six (6) submittals that were reviewed, and the apparent low bid, MA Smith Contracting Co., Inc. was found to be responsive and materially balanced.
