Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Renewal #1 for contract #23RFP46 with Tex-Air Filters for HVAC Air Filter Maintenance Services, for the renewal term beginning from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract but with an anticipated price increase of five percent (5%) beginning in 2026.
Background
This is the first renewal of the awarded contract #23RFP46 with Tex-Air Filters, originally approved by the Commissioners Court on June 11, 2024, under Agenda Item #32. The renewal term is from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. Services will continue under the current terms and conditions, with an anticipated price increase of up to five percent (5%) beginning in 2026. The Facilities Management Department has confirmed that the vendor has met all County requirements under the existing contract and recommends renewal.
