This proposed subdivision consists of 190 single family lots, 1 water quality/drainage/open space/landscape/utility lot, 3 drainage/open space/landscape/utility lots, 1 open space/landscape/utility lot and 9,985 linear feet of new public roads on 93.84 acres.
