Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving contract #2025266 and the master service agreement between Williamson County and Carousel Digital Signage for the Digital Signage Content Management Software to be used at 1848 Texas Trail, Georgetown, Texas 78626, for the total amount of $2,841.38, pursuant to TIPS cooperative contract #230105, and authorizing the execution of this agreement, funding Source is P577.

Background

This agreement will benefit Williamson County by allowing Carousel Digital Signage through SHI to provide the subscription for the Digital Signage Content Management Software for the digital signage players at the new Williamson County Administration Building located at 1848 Texas Trail, Georgetown, Texas 78626.  The vendor is requiring a Master Service Agreement to be signed before they will activate our account.  The Master Service Agreement has been approved by Contract Audit and General Counsel.  Funding Source is P577.  Origination #2856.  The department's Point of Contact is Tammy McCulley.
