Background
This Contract Amendment No. 1 is increased by $141,000.00 from $700,000.00 to $841,000.00, amends the Exhibit D - Rate Schedule in the Master Contract to allow CPI adjustments and the execution of Supplemental No. 4 to Work Authorization No. 1, which is increased by $93,664.49 from $699,559.08 to $793,223.57 and extends the termination date to 11/30/2025.
