Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Eldorado Phase 1 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the first phase of the Eldorado development. It consists of 135 single-family lots, 6 landscape/drainage lots, and 6,668 linear feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $2,168,914.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
