Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the second renewal for Contract #23RFP9 Vending Machine Services with Compass Group USA/Canteen, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, for a 12-month term from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.

Background

This is the second of four renewal options for this contract. Facilities Management confirmed the vendor met all County requirements and requested the second renewal. The Vending Machine Services contract provides a revenue-generating benefit; therefore, no associated funding source is required. Point of contact is Christi Stromberg.
