Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Construction Service Agreement No. 2025281 between Williamson County and Southwest Solutions Group, Inc. for the High-Capacity Storage System with Rail Installation in the not-to-exceed amount of Five Hundred Forty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($540,000.00) pursuant to Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #110923-SPC and authorize execution of the agreement. The funding source is P577.
Background
This Agreement for Construction Services between Williamson County and Southwest Solutions Group, Inc. is for complete turnkey installation services of a high-capacity storage system with rail installation by factory-certified technicians and training of staff for the Williamson County Clerk’s office. Location of work will be at 1848 Texas Trail, Georgetown, TX 78626. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. A detailed scope of work is attached. The funding source is P577, and the point of contact is Gretchen Glenn.
