Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Professional Service Agreement #2025279 between Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the implementation specialist to assist with the deployment of the Odyssey upgrade to Enterprise Justice 2023.0.47 on Saturday, August 30, 2025, in the amount of $2,260.00 and pursuant to Sourcewell cooperative contract, Sourcewell #060624-TTI, and authorize the execution of the agreement.

This Professional Service Agreement will benefit Williamson County with service hours for a technical implementation specialist to assist with the deployment of our Odyssey upgrade to Enterprise Justice 2023.0.47 on Saturday, August 30, 2025.  The new system will be a complex in-place implementation that requires assistance from a Tyler Technologies expert to ensure all goes well and with minimal outage during the transition.  Funding Source is 01.0100.0503.004100 for FY25.  Origination #2999.  The Department's point of contact is Deanna Saucedo. Tyler Technologies, Inc. is a publicly traded vendor. Therefore, a Form 1295 is not required.
