Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing renewal #1 and amendment #1 of contract #24RFP32 for Food Services for Juvenile Services with Aramark Correctional Services, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term beginning July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, and authoring execution of the documents.
Background
This is Renewal #1 for food services for the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center with Aramark Correctional Services beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The Juvenile Justice Center has confirmed the vendor met all the County requirements for this contract and requests renewal. The vendor is publicly traded, therefore, Texas Ethic Commission Form 1295 is not required. Funding source: 01.0100.0576.003306. Department contact is Denise Carlson.
