Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 3 in the amount of ($1,686,657.10) for Project 24IFB59 East Wilco Hwy Segment 2 Phase 1 (Capital Excavation) P: 392 Funding Source: 2023 Road Bond in Commissioners Precinct 4.

This Change Order removes the Shared Use Path (SUP) items from the scope of this project per Williamson County’s request. The SUP will be constructed with a future project via an alternate funding source. 

This Change Order results in a net decrease of $1,686,657.10 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $62,500,201.99. The original Contract amount was $64,407,606.63. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date $1,907,404.64 has been deducted from the Contract, resulting in a 2.96% net decrease in the Contract cost. No additional days will be deducted from the Contract as a result of this Change Order.
