Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding #25RFP39 for Custodian Services and Sanitation Supplies for Wilco facilities to Ambassador Services LLC, in the not-to-exceed amount of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,500,000.00) per fiscal year, and authorize execution of the Master Services Agreement.
Background
Williamson County sent out One Thousand, Eight Hundred and Ninety-Three (1,893) notifications with Eighty-Four (84) document takers and received six (6) submittals. After submission review, evaluations and interviews, Ambassador Services LLC was found to be the most responsive. It is recommended that Williamson County award this Master Service Agreement to Ambassador Services LLC for an initial term of two (2) years beginning 10/1/25–9/30/27, with an optional, additional four (4) one-year (1) renewals. The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004100, Origination #2297, and the point of contact is Dale Butler.
