Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Services and Goods Agreement #2025316 between Williamson County and Links Communication, Inc. to provide and install cabling for the IT rooms in various buildings within Williamson County, for the amount of $4,500.00, authorizing the execution of the service agreement.

This service and goods agreement will benefit Williamson County by allowing vendor to provide and install new cabling in the IT rooms located at Road and Bridge, Facilities, Radio Shop, Animal Shelter, EMS, and Taylor Expo Center.  Links Communication, Inc. will install yellow Cat 6 cables, install surface boxes with yellow jacks, terminate cables on existing patch panels with yellow jacks, label and test cables and install yellow patch cables at those locations. All of that new cabling will allow Links to install 15 Maraki cameras on the ceilings of the locations.  The funding source is 01.0100.0503.004100 for FY25 in the amount of $4,500.00.  Origination #3186.
