Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Contract #23RFP96 for Landscape Maintenance Services for Williamson County Facilities with Red & White Greenery, Inc. for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, except for updated pricing ($865,791.31) for adding 12 visits to CSCD property, for a 12-month term from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
Background
This is the first of four renewal options for this contract. Facilities Management confirmed the vendor met all County requirements and requested the first renewal. Funding Source: Various Funding Sources. Point of Contact is Christi Stromberg.
