Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Amendment No. 2 to the Subrecipient Agreement between Williamson County and Lonestar Regional Water Authority water project, funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
Background
Two of Lonestar Regional Water Authority's wholesale customers, the City of Jarrell and Jerrll-Schwertner Water Supply Corporation, are asking Lonestar to use ARPA money to construct a water Pump Station and ground storage tank instead of the original elevated tank. The total dollar amount of the contract remains unchanged.
