Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Cascade Phase 2 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Cascade development.  It consists of 113 residential lots, 2 open space/landscape lots, 1 open space lot, 1 open space/drainage lot, 1 lift station lot, and 4,362 linear feet of new roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $2,177,810.29 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2025-03-31 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2025-04-14 – 2nd review complete with comments
2025-04-21 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2025-05-05 – 3rd review complete with comments
2025-06-23 – 4th submittal of final plat
2025-07-08 – 4th review complete with clear comments
2025-07-30 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2025-07-31 – final plat placed on August 5th, 2025, Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
