Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving revised rates for the Williamson County Exposition Center, to be effective October 1, 2025.

The new covered west arena, known as the Friendship Pavilion, will be completed and open later this year. New rates associated with this new facility are being recommended as part of this agenda item.  Also, a comprehensive review of all Williamson County Exposition Center rates was completed, resulting in several other rate adjustment recommendations.  All recommended rate adjustments are based on a review of similar facilities in south, central and north Texas.  The last rate adjustment was authorized in December 2023.
Existing rates will continue to apply for all currently confirmed reservations.  Subsequent reservations and all new reservations will be assessed the new rates, effective October 1, 2025.
