Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Amendment #2026-111 adding time to the scope of work for the Services and Goods Agreement for drafting the County's Request for Proposal specifications for a new body-worn and in-car camera system between Williamson County and Mission Critical Partners, LLC for solicitation support originally awarded on 7/1/2025 in the not-to-exceed amount of $140,546.91, utilizing Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Contract #HP08-21 and authorizing the execution of the Amendment.

Approval of Amendment #2026-111 to the Services and Goods Agreement with Mission Critical Partners, LLC, will support the Sheriff's Office in developing a comprehensive and competitive solicitation for a new body-worn and in-car camera system.  Mission Critical Partners specializes in public safety, justice, and critical infrastructure consulting, providing expert guidance in the preparation of technical specifications and procurement documents. This amendment extends the project completion date from September 30, 2025, to September 30, 2026, allowing sufficient time for development of the project scope, technical requirements, and procurement support necessary to ensure the County selects the most effective and reliable camera solution for law enforcement operations.
