Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Agreement #2026-117 with GTS Technology Solutions, Inc. for Staff Augmentation for the Information Services Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of seventy thousand dollars ($70,000.00) with mileage included, in accordance with Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) Cooperative Contract #DIR-CPO-5721, and authorize the execution of the agreement.

Background

The Information Services Department has identified a need for continued staff augmentation support to maintain service level, address project workload, and ensure timely completion of departmental initiatives.  GTS Technology Solutions, Inc. is a vendor approved under the State of Texas DIR Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC), Contract DIR-CPO-5721, which allows the County to procure qualified IT personnel at pre-negotiated cooperative contract rates. Agreement #2026-117 establishes a 12-month engagement with GTS Technology Solutions, Inc to provide staff augmentation services across all approved ITSAC job titles and levels as needed by the IT Department.  The not-to exceed amount for these services is $70,000.  Under this agreement, GTS will be reimbursed for reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses incurred in accordance with the terms of the agreement. However, all proposed travel and out-of-pocket expenses must be reviewed and approved by the County prior to being incurred.  Approval of this agreement will allow the department to secure specialized technical resources efficiently and ensure continued support for ongoing operations and technology projects.  Funding will be through 01.0100.0503.004100 for FY26.  Origination #4395.
