Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the First Amendment to that certain Amended and Restated Williamson County Exposition Center Operation and Use Agreement between Williamson County, Texas and the Taylor Rodeo Association to amend the Taylor Rodeo Association’s Booked Event #2 Dates.
Background
Dates for the Taylor Rodeo Association’s three annual events at the Williamson County Exposition Center are set out in the parties’ Amended and Restated Williamson County Exposition Center Operation and Use Agreement. The Taylor Rodeo Association requested to move its Event #2 to a new date to accommodate its scheduling needs and to do so, this amendment is required.
