Background
Jarrell Schwertner Water has existing facilities in conflict with the Bud Stockton Extension Project. The Standard Utility Agreement for the relocations is for a total amount of $160,101.70. Jarrell Schwertner Water is 97.99% eligible for reimbursement, which is $156,883.66, minus another 3.52% for betterments. The total anticipated reimbursement to Jarrell Schwertner Water by the County is $151,361.35 (97.99% of $160,101.70 minus another 3.52%).
