Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Agreement #2026-126, a Client Success Management and Consulting Agreement (CSMC) with Tyler Technologies, Inc., utilizing Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #060624-TTI, in the not-to-exceed amount of $55,000.00 for a one-year term and authorize the execution of the agreement.

Williamson County seeks to enter into a Client Success Management and Consulting Agreement (CSMC) with Tyler Technologies, Inc. to support the operation of the Williamson County Pretrial Services Department.  This agreement will provide a dedicated Client Success Account Manager with specialized expertise in criminal justice and pretrial operations. Under this agreement, Tyler will assist the Pretrial Department with business process improvement, strategic planning, and enhanced system utilization.  Services include recommendations for pretrial-specific system configuration, guidance on integrations with third-party products, proactive relationship management, and structured communication through regular meetings and support sessions.  The program also includes the development of a Quarterly Strategic Account Plan and an annual on-site visit for planning, training, and performance review.  The Client Success Account Manager will act as a liaison between the County and Tyler Technologies to ensure effective coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement in service delivery.  The not-to-exceed cost of the agreement is $55,000.00 for the one-year term.  Funding will be provided through account 01.0100.0503.004505 for FY26.
