Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract #2026-129 between Williamson County and Data Projections, Inc. for Preventative/Audio Visual Health Check for all courtrooms, Emergency Services Operations Center, the Sheriff's Office Training Center, and additional rooms, in the amount of $79,800.00 pursuant to Cooperative Contract TIPS #230105 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Data Projections, Inc. (DPI) will provide a one-year Customer Gold Maintenance Agreement covering the audiovisual equipment located in all County courtrooms, the Emergency Services Operations Center, the Sheriff's Office Training Center, and additional rooms.  This agreement will begin December 1, 2025, and expire November 30, 2026.  Under this maintenance agreement, DPI will provide:
     - One annual preventative audiovisual health check per room.
     - Unlimited remote support and next-business-day onsite, if required.
     - All manufacturers' warranties will be conveyed to Williamson County with DPI processing any Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) if applicable.
     - Unlimited toll-free technical assistance by phone or email, M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with after-hours messages returned by 10:00 am the next business day. The funding source for this agreement is 01.0100.0503.004500 for FY26.  Origination #4459.  Department's Point of Contact is Holly Shell.
