Public Background
This request seeks approval of Services Agreement #2025294 for the District Attorney’s Office for the purchase of furniture from Texas Correctional Industries (TCI), which will also provide installation services. The furniture purchase was originally planned for FY25; however, the order did not ship before the end of the fiscal year, requiring a new quote and corresponding agreement. The original agreement was approved on the July 2, 2025, agenda Item #19. The District Attorney’s Office supports moving forward with this amendment.
