Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Sponsorship and Use Agreement generated from RFP #25RFP73 between Lone Star Soccer Club of Austin, Inc. and Williamson County, to upgrade fields #6, 7, 8 and 9 to artificial turf at Southwest Regional Park and authorize execution of the agreement. The projected cost of the project is $8,925,020.00. Lone Star Soccer Club of Austin, Inc. will sponsor $6,500,000.00 with the remaining amount of $2,425,020.00 to be provided by Williamson County. The funding source is P605.
