First amendment to Expo operation license agreement with WCLA

Public Background

Request to amend paragraph 17 of the Agreement. Allows up to five (5) storage containers on site rather than four (4) as stated in the original agreement. WCLA found they needed more storage for equipment. This outdoor area at the Expo is large enough to meet their needs.
