Receive and acknowledge approval of Change Order No.2 from Chasco Constructors, Ltd., LLP, for the Central Maintenance Fleet Shop Addition in the amount of $96,629.38 and to extend time for completion of the additional requested services, which was approved by Williamson County Project Manager, Daryl Mutz, pursuant to the Commissioners Court's prior delegation of change order approval authority pursuant to Loc. Gov't Code Sec. 262.031.

The Change Order No. 2 is made to compensate the contractor, Chasco Constructors, Ltd., LLP, for requested changes to the Fleet Shop Addition project for the MAU Condensate drain backup, OH Door Embed Angle, Plinth changes, Miscellaneous plan revisions to roofing and insulation scope, replace entire door with Clopay Model 525S, power and switching for oscillating fans, and exhaust fans and infrared heaters. This Change Order results in a net increase of $96,629.38 and an additional time of 30 days added to the contract time. The original Contract amount was $2,171,842.00 with one previous Change Order, totaling $365,892.03. As a result of this Change Order, the net increase is 21.29% in the Contract cost with a new contract sum of $2,634,363.41. Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, Daryl Mutz was delegated change order approval authority for this project on January 23, 2024, by the Commissioners Court pursuant to Loc.
