Discuss, consider and take appropriate action authorizing the County Judge to execute the General and No Litigation Certificates of Williamson County and Certificate of Approval For Issuance of Tax-Exempt Obligations to satisfy the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, with respect to the proposed issuance by the Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation of one or more series of its tax?exempt obligations in an aggregate principal amount of not more than $77,000,000, for the benefit of Georgetown Leased Housing Associates I, Limited Partnership, in connection with the acquisition, construction, and equipping of a multifamily rental housing development to be located at 350 Highway 195, Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, 78633, to be known as Northside Village.
