Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Public Notice that the Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas will consider the approval of a tax abatement agreement with Compal USA Technology Inc., as Applicant, at its regularly scheduled Commissioners Court meeting on March 3, 2026, in relation to the renovation of the Taylor Port Building and other improvements for the design and manufacture of electronics and related items to be located on land owned by PDC TP 01 LOT A LLC and being situated in Tax Abatement Reinvestment Zone No. 11 or “Taylor Port Zone” in Taylor, Texas, with estimated cost of the improvements being approximately $200 million dollars.
