Public Background
No line item transfer is needed at this time. Sufficient funds are already available in succession planning line items and not anticipated to be exhausted. Since funds will be reimbursed, we recommend using these funds temporarily while waiting for reimbursement. This item is similar to one previously submitted and approved by the court on the 02/09/2021 agenda.
