Discuss, consider, and take action on the FY27 resolution for the Williamson County Transformative Justice Program.

This resolution is required as part of the application process for grant funding provided through CAPCOG. The Commissioners Court approved the department applying for this grant on 02/03/2026 and signed a resolution at that time.  However, the resolution did not contain language specifically identifying the fiscal officer, as required by the grant.  The attached resolution has been updated (paragraph 5) to reflect Julie Kiley as the Fiscal Officer responsible for this grant.  The department is requesting approval for this updated resolution.
