Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a correction to the 3/10/26 agenda, item #26, regarding the alternate vehicle replacement schedule for the Office of Emergency Management and Fire Marshal Office response vehicles.

Public Background

Please see the highlighted language in the "Agenda Item" attachment.  In the background submitted, it was mentioned that the Office of Emergency Management and the Fire Marshal's office would replace ALL diesel trucks with a less expensive option, i.e. "1/2 ton gas, Ford F150 or Chevy equivalent."  The agenda item should have read that only the Office of Emergency Management vehicles would be replaced with a less expensive option, while the Fire Marshal vehicles will continue to be replaced with a dually option as they have been in the past.
